Q: What does the mattress feel like?
A: We have designed a mattress that provides all the support you need to get a great night sleep. Based on the Mattress Comfort Level Scale of 1(Softest) - 10(Firmest), our Mattress ranks 5-6.
Q: How do I choose the correct thickness?
A: Our 10" and 12" carry the same comfort level. We do recommend the 12" for an above average weight person as it will provide better support, however, there are some customers who just simply prefer a thicker/taller mattress.
Q: Is there a "break in" period?
A: You can sleep on your mattress the 1st night, however, it may take up to 24 hours for it to fully expand, breath and adjust to your room’s temperature. A new mattress is a big change for your body, so allow up to 7 days for your body to completely adjust to that "it's morning already" feeling!
Q: Does the mattress ever need flipped?
A: No, the top layer of memory foam is the sleeping surface. It is, however, a good idea to rotate the mattress head to toe every 6 months or so.

Q: Will I pay sales tax?
A: Only if you live in the State of Missouri.
Q: Will my credit card information be secure?
A: Yes! Any information entered during checkout will be encrypted by our secure server via SSL. You can also pay with PayPal if you have a PayPal account. PayPal Credit is available.
Q: Will Lasting Impressions Foams contain a smell?
A: Lasting Impressions Foams are high quality and packaged the same day as shipment, in an effort to eliminate any new foam odor. If there happens to be any odor when opened it will quickly dissipate. Please do not worry as the odor is from new vacuum packaged foam and presents no harm.
Q: Product Origin?
A: Our Products are not only Designed, Assembled and Packaged in the United States, but we take Pride ensuring that each and every component of our Products are also Manufactured Right Here in the U.S.A!
Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.A? Do you ship to APOs, FPOs or P.O. Boxes?
A: No. Not at this time.

Q: How do I get rid of my old mattress?
A: You could donate to Local Salvation Army or Habitat for Humanity. Your could recycle at places line 1-800-Got-Junk, they will all schedule to pick up. If your community has Bulk Trash Day, you could use that service as well.
Q: When will my order ship and how will I know it has been shipped?
A: We want to get you resting well as soon as possible, so we make EVERY effort to ship your product within 24 business hours, however, there are those rare occasions that it could take up to 72 business hours. You’ll receive a FedEx tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Q: How is the mattress delivered?
A: The mattress is compressed and sealed into a box(approximate size 3' x 20" x 20") small enough to be delivered by FedEx. This means that your mattress will arrive in a much smaller box than you’re probably expecting. Don’t worry! The process we use allows us to safely compress the bed for shipping. When you unpack your mattress, it will decompress to its normal size.
