Lasting Impressions Foam 101 Night Sleep Trial(Effective 11/23/2018)
Your new Lasting Impressions Foam mattress is covered by a 101 Night Sleep Trial. The Trial begins the day your new mattress is purchased. If, after sleeping on your new bed for a full 45 nights, you are not completely satisfied, contact us through day 46 and day 101 of your purchase date to arrange for a return.
We want you to try our mattress for the full 45 days to give you time to adjust to your new mattress and get the good night's sleep that you deserve. If after the full 45 day trial you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may simply contact us for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) through day 46 and day 101 of your purchase date and we start the process. Note: We don't accept RMA requests until after a full 45 day trial.
You will get a 100% refund on your mattress if you are unhappy, no return shipping or hidden charges.
We will work with your to set up a date for your mattress to be picked up, free of charge. We will contact a local charity in your area and donate the mattress to them, the mattress must be clean and undamaged. Once the charity facility picks it up and e-mails us a copy of their pick up invoice we will issue you a FULL REFUND of your purchase price. Please note that pick up arrangements normally take 3 to 7 business days. In the event it cannot be picked up for a donation we will have it picked up and recycled.
PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT WITH THE DATE OF PURCHASE TO PRESENT TO US IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO CONTACT US FOR AN RMA# FOR A RETURN YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AN RMA" TO MAKE A RETURN PRIOR TO MAKING THE RETURN.
This sleep trial is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the mattress purchased form Lasting Impressions Foam or any of our Authorized Affiliates and is non-transferable. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the mattress to another, the 101 Night Sleep Trial becomes void.
Ordering the correct size, model, and thickness of the a mattress is the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure of your mattress size, please make sure to measure your bed frame or platform and contact us prior to purchase, so that we can help to ensure you order the correct size. We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered mattresses. Lasting Impressions Foam reserves the right to NOT sell a mattress to a customer who has previously returned one. Lasting Impressions Foam return policy is only applicable to the first mattress purchased by a given customer.
In the instance you simply change your mind about your purchase, and decide not to remove the mattress from the box and try it, you can still get a refund, but you will have to pay the shipping charges to have it shipped back to us. You will still need to contact us for an RMA# before making a return. No returns will be accepted without a RMA#.
